Before the Meeting

- Review the other person's profile
- Prepare talking points
Technical Requirements
- Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge (latest versions)
- Alternative: Zoom desktop or mobile app
- Internet: Stable broadband connection
- Hardware: Webcam and microphone
Finding Your Meeting Link
From Your Dashboard
- Go to Meeting Schedule
- Find your scheduled meeting
- Click on the meeting to view details
- Access the Zoom link
From Notifications
You'll receive:
- Email notification with meeting details
- In-app notification before the meeting
- Reminder before the scheduled time
Joining the Meeting
Method 1: Click the Link
- Click the Zoom meeting link
- Choose "Open Zoom" or "Join from Browser"
- Enter the meeting room
Method 2: Zoom App
- Open Zoom application
- Click "Join a Meeting"
- Enter the meeting ID
- Join the meeting
Timing
- Aim to join 2-5 minutes early

- The other person may be waiting
