Creating Your Account
Once your ELITORO application is approved, you'll receive an invitation to create your account. This guide walks you through the account creation process.
Receiving Your Invitation
After approval, you'll receive an email containing:
- Confirmation of your acceptance
- A secure invitation link
- Instructions for next steps
The invitation link is unique to you and expires after a set period.
Account Creation Steps
Step 1: Click the Invitation Link
Open the email and click the invitation link. This will take you to the account creation page.
Step 2: Set Your Password
Create a strong password for your account:
Password Requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
Choose a password that's secure but memorable.
Step 3: Confirm Your Password
Re-enter your password to confirm it matches.
Step 4: Complete Setup
Click the confirmation button to finalize your account.
First Login
After creating your account:
- Log in - Use your email and new password
- Verify Email - Confirm your email address if prompted
- Complete KYC - You'll see a prompt to verify your identity
What You'll See
Upon first login, your dashboard shows:
- Your profile - Pre-populated with application data
- KYC banner - Prompting you to verify your identity
- Navigation menu - Access to all ELITORO features
Some features may be restricted until you complete KYC verification.
Restricted Features (Before KYC)
Until you complete identity verification, you cannot:
- Send connection requests
- Accept connection suggestions
- Schedule meetings
- Access full member profiles

- Complete KYC - Verify your identity for full access

- Set availability - Add time slots for meetings

Troubleshooting
Invitation Link Not Working
If your invitation link doesn't work:
- Check if the link has expired
- Ensure you're using the most recent email
- Try copying and pasting the full link
- Contact support if issues persist
Forgot Password
If you forget your password:
- Go to the login page
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email address
- Follow the reset instructions sent to your email
Email Not Received
If you haven't received your invitation email:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify the email address on your application
- Wait 24 hours (emails can be delayed)
- Contact support@elitoro.com if not received
Security Tips
- Never share your password
- Use a unique password for ELITORO
- Enable secure email on your email account
- Log out when using shared devices
