Joining with a Referral

If you have a referral code from an existing ELITORO member, follow this guide to complete your application.

Before You Start​

Make sure you have:

  • A valid referral code from an ELITORO member
  • A professional portrait photo (square format, high quality)
  • 15-20 minutes to complete the application
  • Information about your professional background

Step-by-Step Application​

Step 1: Access the Application​

Navigate to the ELITORO join page. If you received a referral link, it will automatically include your sponsor's code. Otherwise, you'll enter the code during the application.

Step 2: Basic Information​

Provide your personal details:

  • First name and Last name
  • Gender
  • Birth date

Step 3: Location & Languages​

Tell us where you're based:

  • Primary location - Your main country and city
  • Secondary location (optional) - If you split time between locations
  • Languages spoken - Select all languages you're fluent in

Step 4: Contact Information​

Provide your contact details:

  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Social profile (optional) - LinkedIn, Instagram, or other

Step 5: Profile Photo​

Upload a professional portrait photo:

Requirements:

  • Professional, understated, and elegant
  • Press-style or LinkedIn-quality portrait
  • Square format (the system will help you crop)

Avoid:

  • Vacation photos
  • Selfies
  • Informal or casual settings

Your photo contributes to the prestige of the network and must meet quality standards.

Step 6: Expertise & Interests​

Share your professional profile:

  • Areas of expertise - Select 2-5 areas where you have influence
  • Interests - Select 5-10 topics that inspire you
  • Goals - What you're looking for in the network (1-5 selections)
  • What you can bring - Value you offer to others (1-5 selections)

Step 7: Role & Impact​

Define your professional position:

  • Primary role - Your main professional title
  • Secondary roles (optional) - Additional positions
  • Role impact - Describe your achievements, scope, and influence
  • Company name (optional)

Examples of impact: revenue generated, team size, major deals, achievements, influence, portfolio size.

Step 8: Biography & Headline​

Present yourself:

  • Headline - A short title (e.g., "CEO of XYZ" or "Professional Athlete")
  • Biography - A compelling introduction about who you are and your achievements

Your bio will be shown to potential connections, so present yourself well while remaining authentic.

Step 9: Contact Conditions​

Set your preferences:

  • Do not disturb conditions (optional) - When you prefer not to be contacted
  • Contact price - Your rate for connection requests (can be 0 for free)
  • Free conditions - If you charge, specify when you accept free requests

Step 10: Submit Application​

Review your information and submit. Your application is now under review.

What Happens Next​

  1. Review - ELITORO reviews your application (typically 2-5 business days)
  2. Decision - You'll receive an email with the outcome
  3. If approved - You'll receive a link to create your account
  4. Account creation - Set your password and log in
  5. KYC verification - Complete identity verification for full access

Application Tips​

  • Be thorough - The more detail you provide, the better matches you'll receive
  • Be authentic - Inconsistencies will be flagged and may result in rejection
  • Quality photo - First impressions matter; invest in a good portrait
  • Clear goals - Specific goals lead to better connection suggestions

Saving Your Progress​

Your application progress is automatically saved. If you need to stop:

  • Your data is stored for 7 days
  • Return to continue where you left off
  • You'll be prompted to resume or start fresh
