Becoming a Referrer

The ELITORO referral program allows qualified members to invite others to join the network. This guide explains how to become a referrer.

Referral Eligibility​

Not everyone can refer new members. You must meet specific criteria to unlock the referral feature.

Requirements​

To become a referrer, you need:

Value Rating≥ 3.5/5
Completed MeetingsAt least 2

All three conditions must be met simultaneously.

Checking Your Status​

Profile > Referral Tab​

Go to your Profile and select the Referral tab:

If you CAN refer:

  • You'll see your referral code
  • Copy link button available
  • Information about the program

If you CAN'T refer yet:

  • Message explaining requirements
  • Your current progress on each metric
  • Visual indicators (green check or red cross)

Progress Tracking​

The referral tab shows:

  • Meetings completed: X/2
  • Quality rating: X.X/5 (need ≥4.0)
  • Value contribution status

This interface is designed to encourage you to complete these steps.

How to Qualify​

1. Complete Meetings​

  • Accept connection suggestions
  • Send connection requests
  • Schedule and attend meetings
  • You need at least 2 completed meetings

2. Maintain Quality​

To achieve a quality rating ≥4.0:

  • Prepare for every meeting
  • Be punctual and professional
  • Engage meaningfully
  • Follow up on commitments

3. Provide Value​

To achieve a value rating ≥3.5:

  • Deliver on your profile promise
  • Share relevant insights
  • Be genuinely helpful
  • Build authentic connections

Once You Qualify​

When you meet all requirements:

  1. The referral feature unlocks automatically
  2. Your referral code becomes active
  3. You can start inviting others
  4. Commissions become available

Maintaining Eligibility​

Ongoing Requirements​

Your referral eligibility can change:

  • If ratings drop below thresholds
  • You may lose referral ability
  • Existing referrals remain valid

To maintain referrer status:

  • Continue having good meetings
  • Maintain high ratings
  • Stay active in the network
