Rating Your Connections

After every ELITORO meeting, you must rate the other person. This guide explains how to complete ratings.

When to Rate​

Rating Requirement​

Ratings are required after every meeting:

  • You cannot skip ratings
  • Pending ratings may block access to features
  • Complete them as soon as possible

Rating Prompt​

If you have pending ratings:

  • You'll see a rating page when logging in
  • Complete all pending ratings to continue
  • The process is quick and straightforward

The Rating Process​

Step 1: Open the Rating​

After a meeting:

  1. You'll be prompted to rate
  2. Or go to the rating page directly
  3. Select the meeting to rate

Step 2: Quality Rating​

Rate the meeting quality (1-5 stars):

Think about:

  • Were they prepared?
  • Were they professional?
  • Was the conversation good?
  • Were they on time?

Select the appropriate star rating.

Step 3: Value Rating​

Rate the value they provided (1-5 stars):

Think about:

  • Did they offer relevant insights?
  • Were they helpful?
  • Did they match their profile?
  • Would you get value from ongoing connection?

Select the appropriate star rating.

Step 4: Optional Comment​

Add written feedback (optional):

  • Keep it constructive
  • Be specific about observations
  • Comments are confidential

Step 5: Submit​

Click submit to finalize your rating.

Rating Best Practices​

Be Honest​

  • Rate based on your actual experience
  • Don't inflate ratings to be nice
  • Don't deflate ratings out of spite
  • Honest ratings help everyone

Be Thoughtful​

  • Consider the full meeting
  • Don't focus on one small thing
  • Think about what matters
  • Rate fairly

Be Prompt​

  • Complete ratings quickly
  • Don't let them pile up
  • The other person may be waiting
  • Fresh memory = better rating

After Rating​

What Happens​

  • Your rating is recorded
  • It contributes to their average
  • You're asked about matching
  • You can continue using ELITORO

Pending Ratings​

If you have multiple pending ratings:

  • Complete them one by one
  • You may need to finish all before accessing features
  • Don't delay

Privacy​

Your Ratings Are Private​

  • The other person doesn't see your specific rating
  • They only see their overall average
  • Your comments are for ELITORO only
  • Rating decisions are confidential

Their Ratings of You​

  • You won't know their specific rating
  • You'll see changes in your average over time
  • Focus on being a good connection

Tips​

  • Rate honestly - The system depends on truthful feedback
  • Rate promptly - Don't procrastinate
  • Be constructive - In comments, focus on helpful feedback
