How Ratings Work
ELITORO uses a rating system to maintain network quality and help members make informed decisions about connections.
The Rating System
Two Types of Ratings
After every meeting, you rate the other person on:
Quality Rating (1-5 stars) How well did the meeting go?
- Meeting preparation
- Professional conduct
- Communication quality
- Punctuality and reliability
- Overall meeting experience
Value Rating (1-5 stars) How much value did they provide?
- Relevance of their expertise
- Helpfulness and insights
- Potential for collaboration
- Delivery on their profile promise
- Overall contribution
Rating Scale

|---|---|---|
| 5 | Exceptional | Highly valuable |
| 4 | Very good | Good value |
| 3 | Satisfactory | Some value |
| 2 | Below expectations | Limited value |
