Viewing Contact Info

Once you've matched with someone, you can access their contact information to continue your relationship outside ELITORO.

Accessing Contact Information​

From My Matches​

  1. Go to the Matches section
  2. Select My Matches tab
  3. Find the person you want to contact
  4. Click View Contact or the contact button

Contact Card​

The contact card shows:

  • Their full name
  • Contact information they've chosen to share
  • Quick copy options

What Information Is Available​

Contact information depends on what each person has enabled in their Privacy Settings:

Possible Information​

If Not Shared​

If someone hasn't enabled sharing:

  • That field won't appear
  • You'll only see what they've chosen to share
  • This is their preference—respect it

Your Contact Information​

Remember, your match also sees YOUR contact info based on YOUR settings:

  • Check your settings - Ensure you're sharing what you want
  • Update if needed - Go to Privacy Settings
  • Be consistent - Share info you're comfortable with

Using Contact Information​

When Reaching Out:

  • Reference your ELITORO meeting
  • Remind them of your conversation
  • Propose clear next steps
  • Be professional

Example Opening:

"Hi [Name], it was great connecting on ELITORO. I enjoyed our conversation about [topic]. Would you be open to [next step]?"

Timing​

  • Reach out within a few days of matching
  • Don't wait too long—momentum matters
  • Sooner is generally better

  • You can limit what you share in settings

If Information Is Missing​

Limited Contact Options​

If you only have partial contact info:

  • Use what's available
  • The match chose to limit sharing
  • Respect their privacy settings

No Contact Info​

If no contact info is visible:

  • The person may have all sharing disabled
  • You can try to connect through any social link
  • Consider the match as limited to ELITORO

Managing Your Matches​

Keeping Track​

Your matches are stored indefinitely:

  • Access contact info anytime
  • Review past conversations
  • Maintain your network

Removing Matches​

If you want to remove a match:

  1. Find the match in My Matches
  2. Click the remove/delete option
  3. Confirm removal

Note: This only removes them from YOUR view. They still see you as a match.
