Decision Tips

When to Pass
Consider passing if:
- The conversation wasn't productive
- There's no clear synergy
- You don't see ongoing value
- The connection wasn't what you expected
Be Genuine
- Don't "like" out of obligation
- Quality matches are better than many matches
- Both parties benefit from honest decisions
- No one is notified of passes

If Matched
- View the match in "My Matches"
- Access their contact information
- Reach out to continue the relationship
- Build on your meeting conversation
If Not Matched
- The connection ends
- No contact info is exchanged
- Both parties move on
- Consider it a learning experience
