What Are Matches

A match is a successful connection between two ELITORO members who mutually agreed to stay connected after their meeting.

How Matches Are Created

The Process

  1. You complete a meeting with another member
  2. Both of you rate the meeting
  3. Both of you decide to "like" each other
  4. A match is automatically created

Mutual Agreement

Matches require mutual interest:

  • You must "like" them AND
  • They must "like" you

If either person passes, no match is created.
