What Are Matches
A match is a successful connection between two ELITORO members who mutually agreed to stay connected after their meeting.
How Matches Are Created
The Process
- You complete a meeting with another member
- Both of you rate the meeting
- Both of you decide to "like" each other
- A match is automatically created
Mutual Agreement
Matches require mutual interest:
- You must "like" them AND
- They must "like" you
If either person passes, no match is created.

|---|---|---|
| Meeting completed | Not yet | Yes |
