After the Meeting
After your ELITORO meeting ends, there are important steps to complete. These steps are required to finalize the connection process.
Required: Rating Your Connection
After every meeting, you must rate the other person. This is mandatory and cannot be skipped.
Why Rating is Required
- Maintains network quality
- Helps other members make decisions
- Provides valuable feedback
- Supports the matching algorithm
Rating Prompt
If you have pending ratings:
- You'll see a rating prompt when logging in
- You must complete ratings before accessing other features
- The rating page guides you through the process
What You Rate
You provide two separate ratings:
Quality Rating (1-5 stars)
- Meeting preparation
- Professional conduct
- Conversation quality
- Punctuality and reliability
Value Rating (1-5 stars)
- Relevance of their expertise
- Helpfulness during the meeting
- Potential for collaboration
- Overall value provided
Adding Comments
Optionally, you can add written feedback:
- Keep it constructive
- Focus on specific observations
- Comments are confidential
Rating Confidentiality
- The other person doesn't see your specific rating
- Only aggregate ratings appear on profiles
- Comments are for ELITORO use only
Deciding: Like or Pass
After rating, decide if you want to match:
"Like" (Want to Match)
Click "Like" if you:
- Want to exchange contact information
- See potential for a relationship
- Would like to stay connected
"Pass" (No Match)
Choose to pass if:
- The connection wasn't a fit
- You don't see ongoing value
- You prefer not to share contact info
Mutual Decision
A match only happens if both parties "like" each other:
- If both like → Match created
- If one passes → No match
- Neither knows the other's specific choice
What Happens With a Match
If you both "like" each other:
- Match is created - Appears in your Matches section
- Contact info shared - Based on privacy settings
- Full profile visible - Including full name
- Ongoing relationship - Stay connected outside ELITORO

What Happens Without a Match
If there's no mutual "like":
- No match is created
- No contact information is shared
- The connection ends
- Both parties move on
This is normal and happens frequently.
Timeline
Rating Deadline
- Complete your rating as soon as possible
- Pending ratings may block access to features
- Don't delay—the other person may be waiting
No Expiration
There's no strict deadline, but:
- Timely ratings are appreciated
