Request Limits & Credits

ELITORO uses a credit system to ensure quality over quantity in connection requests.

Monthly Credit Limit​

How It Works​

  • 5 credits per month - You can send up to 5 connection requests monthly
  • Reset monthly - Credits reset at the beginning of each month
  • Non-accumulating - Unused credits don't carry over

Checking Your Credits​

Your remaining credits are displayed on the New Request tab:

"x/5 requests remaining this month"

When you've used all credits:

"You have used up your 5 monthly credits"

What Uses a Credit​

Each connection request you send uses 1 credit, regardless of:

  • Whether profiles are found
  • Whether the request is successful
  • The price of the connection

Credit Is Used When:​

  • You submit a new connection request
  • Even if ELITORO doesn't find matches

Credit Is NOT Used For:​

  • Connection suggestions (free)
  • Responding to received requests
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Rating connections

Credit Refunds​

Credits are only refunded if:

  • No profiles accept - If your request reaches no accepting profiles and exhausts all options, your credit may be refunded
  • ELITORO cancels - If ELITORO cancels your request due to system issues

Credits are NOT refunded if:

  • You cancel your own request
  • You don't select a profile in time
  • You decide not to proceed

  • No one can dominate the matching system

  • Allows thorough analysis of each request
  • Ensures personalized service

Making Credits Count​

Before Sending a Request​

Ask yourself:

  • Is this request specific enough?
  • Have I clearly explained my goals?
  • Is my profile complete and compelling?
  • Is the maximum price reasonable?

Tips for Success​

  1. Be specific - Vague requests waste credits
  2. Complete your profile - Better profiles get better responses
  3. Set appropriate prices - Very low limits reduce your options
  4. Respond promptly - Don't let good matches expire

Alternatives to Requests​

If you've used your credits, you can still:

  • Accept suggestions - Free and unlimited
  • Respond to requests - When others reach out
  • Wait for next month - Credits reset monthly
